San Luis Obispo Regional Council Monthly Meeting

We have great news! We have received a grant that we will use to reenergize the Green Schools program within the San Luis Obispo public school system for the 2021-2022 school year. Whether you were involved in this program in the past or are brand new to it, we would LOVE for you to join this call to help us establish our next steps. Wednesday, 8/4 from 5:30pm-7pm we will be meeting in person at Ten Over Studios (539 Marsh St) or you can join us virtually using this link. 

If you know people who you think might be interested in joining this conversation, please send them this info (teachers, PTA members, parents, principles etc). 

A quick summary of the program: Local K-12 schools can apply for a mini-grant in order to fund a school project. If awarded, money from our grant will go towards projects like school gardens, composting programs, educational workshops, recycling programs and more.
